IVOXNOVA
The turnkey package

The panel is the last step, not the first

IVOX doesn't sell a panel — it delivers a working setup: survey, mounting, configuration, staff training, and warranty support, done by one team from start to finish.

How the installation works

5 steps from request to a ready classroom

  1. 01

    Site survey

An IVOX specialist visits the site, measures the room, checks the wall, wiring, and network, and confirms the panel size and mounting method.

  2. 02

    Mounting: wall or mobile stand

The panel is wall-mounted or set up on a mobile stand — the choice depends on the room and is agreed during the survey. Cables are run through cable trunking.

  3. 03

    Setup and network

Connecting to Wi-Fi or a wired network, installing the required apps, and checking sound, image, and touch response before handover.

  4. 04

    Staff training

A hands-on session with teachers or staff: turning the panel on, saving and opening materials, connecting a laptop, and using the apps.

  5. 05

    3-year warranty and support

IVOX's warranty covers the panel. Questions that come up after installation are handled by our own support and training staff.

Who does the work

Our own team, not outside contractors

Every step — from survey to training — is carried out by the IVOX team. One team owns the result from start to finish: fewer handoffs between contractors, less lost time, and a single point of contact for any question, before installation and after.

Installation questions

Frequently asked questions

How long does installing one panel take?

Installing a single panel — wall-mounted or on a mobile stand — fits into one working day, from the crew's arrival to the classroom being ready for its first lesson.

What are the wall requirements for mounting?

The wall needs to support the weight of the panel and mount — our specialist checks this during the site visit. If the wall isn't suitable (unreinforced drywall, a thin partition), we offer reinforced mounting or a mobile stand instead.

Can we skip wall mounting?

Yes. A mobile stand on wheels is an alternative to wall mounting: the panel can move between rooms instead of being fixed to one wall. We size the stand to the panel during the survey.

How long does staff training take?

The IVOX team runs a hands-on session with teachers or staff: turning the panel on, saving and opening materials, connecting a laptop, and using the apps. We confirm the exact length when planning the installation.

What warranty applies to the panel?

IVOX provides a 3-year warranty on the panel — if something is wrong on our side, we fix it at our expense. The team that mounted the panel also stays in touch for any questions that come up after installation.

What if we have questions after installation?

Contact IVOX support — we reply within a working day. The team that installed the panel knows the site and resolves questions faster than an outside service provider.
