IVOX started as an equipment supplier and grew into a team that owns the whole journey of a panel — from the warehouse to a working classroom.
IVOX operates in the Kyrgyzstan market as an equipment supplier and knows the hardware it works with well: the Newline interactive panel line and its own IVOX NOVA line. Over time it became clear that schools and universities need more than a panel — they need someone to deliver it, install it, and teach people to use it.
So IVOX built its own installation and training team and stopped being just a distributor: now we own the result from the first call to a working classroom — and stay in touch for warranty support after installation.
Panels are stored in IVOX's own warehouse in Bishkek, and installed by an in-house crew — no outside contractors. That means a single point of contact for any question, from the request to warranty service.
